Serve your storefront on your own web address — like acmepartyrentals.com or rentals.acme.com — instead of a renterra.app link. SSL is issued automatically.
Your storefront lives at renterra.app/s/your-slug out of the box. To put it on your own domain, you'll add the domain in your console and set two DNS records at your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, Cloudflare, etc.). The whole thing takes a few minutes plus DNS propagation time.
In your admin at renterra.app/app, open Settings → Domain (or the Connect your domain option in your console). Type the exact domain you want to use and submit it. The console shows the DNS records you need to add and a status badge (pending → active).
Log in to wherever your domain is registered and open its DNS settings. Add the record that matches your case:
| Type | Name / Host | Value |
|---|---|---|
| A | @ | 76.76.21.21 |
| Type | Name / Host | Value |
|---|---|---|
| CNAME | rentals (or www) | cname.vercel-dns.com |
Use the A record for a bare/apex domain and the CNAME for any subdomain. Your console always shows the exact records for the domain you entered — follow those if they differ.
DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours to propagate (occasionally longer, depending on your registrar). When the records resolve, the status badge flips to active and your storefront starts serving on your domain. SSL (the padlock / https) is issued automatically — there's nothing to buy or configure.
While DNS propagates, make sure your storefront is published and stocked — see Build your storefront and Inventory & pricing.
